Interesting! Would be suprised if, 2.5 years out, they’ve already settled on specific concession menus, given the constant changes you see in arenas. Albeit, most arenas now seem to have the “staples” (chicken, pizza, hot dogs, ice cream, burgers, ect…) as the permanent stands, and then use those portable carts as the fun/different/changeable stuff…atleast thats the experience at rogers

I can't think of any dressings rooms in the league that are horseshoe shaped. I feel like most are more rectangular, circular, or oval in shape, and symmetrical lengthwise and widthwise.

It would be great if they incorporated some more local chains into the area. I'm guessing that the food hall will be where this occurs (if it occurs at all) more than the traditional concessions.

Would be nice to have some local brews available. Last time I bought beer there they only had the usual Molson swill, it'd be great to have some products from places like Last Best, Cabin, et al.

Definitely true 10 years ago, but more recently I remember seeing 1 or 2 bar concessions with more options on tap.

(But maybe I'm confused and not actually thinking of the Saddledome?)
