Yes. No one does it better than Miami where above ground parkades are the norm and they actually add to the quality of the building. Just think of it as a blank canvas and use your imagination. These buildings even win awards

I could live with that. History suggests that we won’t get that with with this developer.

I like Coreten for some things, Poppy Plaza for example. AS a cladding on a building it looks awful!

Not sure if anyone caught this before, but NORR's website says it's targeted date is 2030 might be a typo, but here's hoping the design improves by then!

It may be because they expect it will be 2029 before Cidex finishes up West Village. Should be another 8 years to get those mismatched panels of the WV crown taken care of.

Either that or Cidex has run spandrel manufacturers into a decade long back order.

Could be. They don't have any other projects on the go that we know of.
