It passed through Planning Commission on June 4th, item 7.2.1 in the minutes:

The recommendation is that council (the ultimate decision makers) hold a public hearing and give first reading, and withhold 2nd and 3rd until historical designation has been granted. So, it passed that hurdle, now it just needs to go to the Council public hearing, and redesignate the historical building officially.
 
Christ. They let these abominable Torode buildings go up, but when someone wants to build quality architecture and a landmark, it’s “save our historic street”. Fu*k off.
