Brick above siding is architecturally incorrect but I suppose when you only have one way to be unique you have to run with it.

This one is close to me and the brick has definitely elevated the aesthetics of this project. I just wish they went with a siding color...

Pretty solid infill. 3 units replaced by 22 units, is a strong density boost. Brick at the bottom level 👍
