Definitely love the scale and modern look. I wonder about the drabness in winter too, but maybe the glass balconies take away from that.

Ugh... that's so... plain. I would hate for it to turn out like that. A larger scale version of this would be preferable, but knowing...

That would be my guess given the size of land. I'm expecting it to be a four story brick type building similar to Tribeca in Mission.

Yeah that's a good point. How tall you think? 4 storeys ish?

That's what I'm hoping! I think given the price of the land, it'll probably be something pretty solid, but who knows.

I'm not sure how I feel about 13 historic houses being destroyed for one 93 unit building. It better be freaking gorgeous!
