No question that 8th Street and 17th Ave has been established as the heart of the Beltline.

Even better, buy out the two apartments next door and build up. Combined dental office and Puff N' Stuff lot too small to maximize value on a meaningful scale.

Those renders are missing something...the Puff N' Stuff store!

Canadian Tire pulling out. No official word yet, but they are not opening. C Tire signage being taken down. Now expect speculation of what goes in. Big space obligation to fulfill, so should be interesting to see who fills the void, unless First Capital decides to sub-divide the space.

I'm hearing a rumor that the proposed Canadian Tire is not going in anymore. Can anyone confirm?
