This design thinks that trickle-down economics works. Is Robert Moses still inflicting terror from the grave? How is this acceptable, but an economic driver of the Green Line is not approved. How many years will it take for them to recuperate the cost from this project? 60-years??? Unbelieveable.

I don't think we have to worry about this one ever being built. This company never moves forward with projects. Just land flippers. That's why their renders are just massing. No point in developing it further.

Can confirm that a new DP has been applied for (DP2020-0055). Here is a render from FAAS:

Is this a library from the 1960's? I would hope considering it's context of a historical street like 9 ave, and being directly adjacent from The Nash they would try and fit into the character of the community. Maybe have some different material choices for at-grade? I dunno, maybe some brick...
