This is the type of development that makes existing residents frustrated. 44 units and 12 parking stalls, the rationale for a parking reduction seems to be "this is near a primary transit route". Is that route 22 that comes every 30 min?

Building one is almost completed on the outside, and the second to the south is moving quickly. The prefab walls are a game changer for timelines.

I like the enclosure of the outdoor space, it reminds me of SAIT's Heritage Hall. A +15 connection would be a good addition to bring people into the space during lunch hour peaks as well.
