I like the enclosure of the outdoor space, it reminds me of SAIT's Heritage Hall. A +15 connection would be a good addition to bring people into the space during lunch hour peaks as well.

Is that a common method for maintenance in more urban contexts? I would think that would be a lot of effort to put a train on a truck.
