I tuned in as well and they said the taller W Tower will be constructed first.

Maybe a high end mall/street with luxury stores? Or our own version of Times Square :D

Height isn't confirmed but this article confirms the pair of towers will be the tallest buildings in western Canada (probably not taking into account the recently proposed supertall towers in Vancouver)...

If we're using that as a comparison, it looks like the W Calgary is well over 300m

My guess is 65 stories for 1st tower and 50 stories for 2nd tower
