More digging! Still a big hill on the east side of the site to be taken out, but good to see a perimeter set up on the other three sides. Signage refers to the project as "Kensington Pulse" - should we change the thread name?

Is this another LOLA design? Looks similar to Library Square, maybe even a little higher quality. Hopeful that some of the details and flourishes aren't VE'd out, like the steps on most every window, super cool.
