The last picture shows this on 22nd St SW but when I’m pulling up the website it appears it is actually on 21st St SW. Is the picture incorrect or am I missing something?

There used to be a bunch of separate homes for seniors. My great grandma and great great grandma both lived there. I think they were all torn down only a few years ago. Anyone know of any plans for this area?

I’m wondering if the SSP post is still showing the charcoal panels, just in different lighting than the previous pictures. This new Instagram post makes it look much lighter.

Been following this account on Instagram and saw this last post from today. Sounds like this is just a mock-up cladding for what will be on the south facade. So maybe this side will still be white like in rendering...

That looks to be the west facing facade in the picture based on the angled second floor. The renderings on page 1 show this side to be all white.

Found it. The home is at 732 McDougall Rd NE. This would be just to the west of it.
