Nice to see another mid block development get going. I hope the city will be widening/upgrading the sidewalks along 14th ave. Lots of existing development plus a few new developments around here and other projects like Morrison, and the W hotels further east. Some areas still have power lines.

Totally agree on the lack of retail, can’t believe the Eau Claire Lumber building is still empty. I’ve been a couple times lately and the park was packed. The design is great and luckily there’s at least a couple patios to the south and a new coffee shop opening in the former ymca gym, but it’s...
