Turned out pretty solid, now wondering what will start next for EV, lagging behind most areas of the inner-city for new development. Tality will be one of the retail tenants - cold plunge and sauna spa from Vancouver.

Lots of progress lately, about time to start rolling in the drillers. I hope they do the underground for multiple towers plus plaza/retail podium at once

Almost thought this was a pile driver, but good to see progress regardless.

Didn’t take pics but I noticed a couple drills already working away on site.

Not bad for the back of the building. I’m assuming there will be a development to the north of this.

Nice to see another mid block development get going. I hope the city will be widening/upgrading the sidewalks along 14th ave. Lots of existing development plus a few new developments around here and other projects like Morrison, and the W hotels further east. Some areas still have power lines.
