Looks like they are finally moving on this one. Snow was cleared off the site on Wednesday and yesterday the Caisson Drill showed up to start on shoring.

Also, demolition is complete and excavation is starting on Beacon at 17th ave SW and 31st street, which really came out of no where for me. https://www.beaconyyc.com/

Thanks Oddball! I've been creeping SRC and SSP for many many years now, time to contribute. We are definitely starting to see change on this stretch of 17th, excavation is underway just a block away at 17th ave and 31st st for the Beacon, which I don't think is captured here on the site yet...

Excited for this one. Not sure what’s going on but my dentist is in the existing building and he just closed up shop and retired last month due to the upcoming development. Has to be a good sign that things are moving ahead soon!
