IIRC Equitable bank recently took up more space in the 906 building, so maybe not. Personally I’d rather this gets built, and later 906...

There's also the 906 office conversion a block away, which will involve adding extra floors to that building.

I predict we’ll see a bunch more projects next year or two with rates coming down a bit and with any luck parking minimums dropped.
