Was by this yesterday, shoring walls are in on the south side and they had started excavating.

They’ve doubled down, 2 Pile drillers now on site.

Old news at this point given the construction (the DMAP was slow to update), but DP2024-04859 was approved and is past the appeal period ✅

If it does ever go, I would hope to see it get moved somewhere, like maybe along 17th ave etc..
