Usually that's the case. It would surprise me if it didn't end up taller.

Interesting development - a land use redesignation to transfer density to this site from 1310 9 St SW. DMAP

The new design looks a bit more rectangular, which is a nice change from the square box.

I never commented on this, but I have to say it’s as banal as they come. It’s as if the Stella tower got knocked up.
