Completely agree. I'm not sure if green is cheaper but very odd decision. I remember condos built in the early 2000s all had this green...

My only issue with the spandrel is the color. If they had gone with the more gray looking spandrel as show in the renderings it'd be fine.

I agree. A hotel at what's arguably the Beltline's epicenter would be great.
