I walked by this recently and noticed that there's still a large excavation pit at the back. Any idea what's happening with this? I'm assuming this is where the third tower was supposed to go. Not sure whether it's even on the table anymore given the increase in height for the second tower.

Not sure whether someone has posted about it yet, but work on the Bow to Bluff has started. They cut down a bunch of trees a week or so back. A fence and pathway closure signs are now up just off Memorial Drive.
