It looks like the plan is to do utilities, surface works, and grading in 2024 to open up blocks 11A/B, 16A/B, 17A/B for development. I assume we might see something being built there in 2025 and beyond. Beyond that the focus seems to shift to the South Lands as the next big phase of development...
Some construction updates here.
Included is a map of the various projects, showing that there should be four more projects which begin construction this year. Autumn may have been delayed a bit with all the snow lately (unless the Mar 2024 start date is just a typo).

I wonder if University District will ever have a Community Association? It's unique to any other neighbor in the city given that it's all Freehold land owned by the University, but I don't think that would stop one from being created. Who knows, maybe in the long run we'll see the community...
Small update, these are being marketed as "Guild". I have a suspicion that the pin on the map on their website isn't the actual precise location of the development, since that block was originally planned for higher density. Plans can change though; we'll see soon enough!
