Are they going to add BRT lanes that cut into the communities or something? Several of those stops are at the intersection of major roads with that are 100-200m away from any houses. Hard to imagine a stop that's easy to get to or pleasant to wait at here: Or here:

Nice to see this finally get started. I used to live a block away and remember going to an open house info session before the pandemic, where they said it had a planned completion of Fall 2020.

They've started working on the roads and sidewalks north of Argyle and Autumn. Wonder if we'll see something proposed for the new lots this opens up soon? There's one proposed on Block 11 already, so just two more are needed to fill in the gap!

Another new project in University District, on Block 11: DP2025-02541 It's a new builder in the neighborhood, Luxuria. Architect is Gravity. It looks to be attached to the wrong property on DMap right now.
