The partial bp and approved dp just happened simultaneously. The work completed until now was not related to the bp.

Yes, the 37 storey residential tower on the NorthWest portion of this site will begin shortly. It will have its own brand new 3 storey parkade that connects to the existing 2 storey parkade. I will make an educated guess that excavation will begin in January.

I think the scope of work should be clarified for everyone: They are completely demolishing and reconstructing the existing residential tower from floors 3 to 9 and enlarging the floor area of the building slightly. The 2nd floor condo units at the rear, and commercial units on the main floor...

I didn’t realize this forum is so emotionally attached to these buildings. Next time I’ll only post good news.

This project does not currently have a bp application.

4 levels of below grade parkade

There are some doubts about this project in this thread but the partial building permit is now released. Hopefully soon we will see a big hole in the ground for the 4 levels of underground parkade. Future 31 storeys of residential with the main floor mostly reserved for commercial retail units.

The amended plans for Dp2025-03902 are available on DMAP to the public. Maybe someone wants to update this page with the new look. New cladding and other changes

the black cladding looks pretty slick but this could just be my opinion. Unfortunately the revised plans are not available on DMAP. This is currently a 15 storey building, not 12 as suggested by the title.

Why is the second picture included in this post? This is a completely different building. The modular building under construction will have a flat roof with a rooftop patio.
