    Urban Development and Proposals Discussion

Yup, I went on the Jane's Walk in Sunnyside about affordable housing and Jaydan was there to speak to the group at Triangle. He touched on that, as well as the height being just right at 6 storeys to quickly and affordably get housing built. He sure seems really passionate about scaling up...

    Urban Development and Proposals Discussion

Regarding the Triangle site in Sunnyside and commercial on the ground, Jaydan Tait has always said he is the business of providing housing for people, not businesses. So I guess that answers that question for all.

    Calgary International Airport

Such a joke to create no area for 17L/35R to view arrivals, instead telling people to use the Laborde viewing area. Yeah, the viewing area of a CLOSED runway.

    Calgary International Airport

Honolulu and Maui over the winter come to mind, but I think that's it for US destinations.

    Crane Count

Heard on the Eyeopener this morning that there are closures tomorrow in Beltline and the CBD for tower crane raises. Which ones would those be?

    Kensington Mixed Use | 20m | 6s | Westrich Pacific | J+S Architect

Attainable Homes has the site for development now, may even see some movement on things this year finally. I think we are getting about 6 storeys for the site.

Not an intersection, but mid block on 3rd avenue in Chinatown between Centre street and 1st street SE has a raised crosswalk.

    The Concord | 57.30m | 17s | Concord Pacific | Arthur Erickson

I hope so, I'd think someone in this price range would rather go to The Concord than The Kenten.

The photos on the previous page from March 2023 don't show the decals I saw. So possibly more recent?
