    India is notoriously cheap margin traffic, another thing that makes operating a long route like this from a city like Calgary a challenge or perhaps not even worth it.

    Looking at those latest pics on the last page, I know it's Cargary but it would have been nice if they pedestrianized University Avenue from McLaurin Street to Collegiate Road. Easy enough for traffic to route south via Perraton Avenue.

    I know AHC has done a lot of work with the Sunnyside Brightening Committee to work on that triangle park and make it a space that will be activated and get use.

    Attainable Homes has been on the record multiple times saying they build housing for people, not businesses. Thus, no retail at this site. Plus, at this location you are ~3 minutes walking to 10th street and all the retail options there.
