There are a lot of common facilities to build. Plus industrial laundry facilities, etc. This also looks to have high quality finishes, etc. It seems about right to me. I'm sure each of these rooms will generate as much or more revenue than a $1,000,000 condo being let out as an airbnb.

If it turns out like the Lego model (which is incredible btw), it will be a great addition to the neighbourhood.
