Crombie REIT is the owner of that site, and they list it as "future development", but no real plans by the sounds of it...

It’s nice that Kit will be higher than the others. Good to have some variation in Kensington’s skyline.

Biggest time saver was not having multi-level underground parking. 1 floor excavated and then it was go time.

Coming along nicely. Starting the 6th floor now. About a floor per week at this rate.
