Yep, the newer portion was Spring of 1984, and the older portion sometime around 1967. I'm one of the few people old enough to remember...

The original tower was in the 60s I believe. It is now the building being converted.

good thing about the 4th st crossing is all the buildings can be bulldozed in a weekend when the time comes.
