Crombie REIT is the owner of that site, and they list it as "future development", but no real plans by the sounds of it...

Just phase it though and build the south half first while keeping the store open. Then move the store into the south half.

It’s nice that Kit will be higher than the others. Good to have some variation in Kensington’s skyline.
