I Pretty sure it's 24. The article also erroneously stated 4 St Lofts as 27 floors (it's 29)

TBH, I'd be happy with it being 6 floors, I'm looking forward to one less parking lot fronting 4th street. The 24 (or 27) floors is a bonus.
