No pics but there are now two diggers on site of this one today when I went by, maybe gearing up for a start finally.

Have we seen this render of the black version? From the CE district link in that news article, looks like they've updated the old one for the new design.

It was completely stalled for a few weeks I think, I walk by here often during the day and there were never workers on site. Some time last week I started seeing a team here again so hopefully it will pick up a bit.

Lots of digging going on when I was going by this today, it's started!

Didn't get a picture since I was driving by but this site is now finally fenced in and the equipment has moved from where it's been sitting for the last few weeks, some activity maybe indicating they're about to start.

There's a QR code by this site for an open house regarding updates to the land use redesignation on this one, it brings you to this: The east parking lot is also fenced off and there's signage saying it's closed for June, not sure what they're doing there.

Great to see some of the park getting a facelift and another hotel finally getting going. I hope the Stampede starts going forward with their next projects as well to follow up the BMO being finished. A built in outdoor concert space/beer garden to serve as the permanent Coke Stage would be top...

I like the look of the building and will be great to finally fill in that container lot. Was really hoping there would be some retail attached to pair with Acme across the street but that was always a bit of a pipe dream given it's affordable housing.

Saw on the train in this morning that they have started digging in the lot beside this one, so I think the second project here might be a go as well.

Yeah they did some damage to it during the demolition, I think they dropped part of the existing wall into the side of the building. Seemed like work stopped after for a few days while they were figuring out what to do. They have been motoring on it this week though, most of the digging was done...
