This is for sure a go. Originally planned for early Spring March timeframe, but must’ve hit some delays.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of detail details and can’t say much, but there is activity on this one. You might see some action soon.

I don’t know if this is the same site, but there’s a lot chatter about a proposal for some tall residential towers across from the Stampede grounds. Tall as in like 50/60 floor range. I thought it was the Cidex Elbow river spot, this is something different apparently.

That would also be my guess, There hasn’t been any chatter out there for this one.

This is also going ahead, but not as soon as the one across the street from it, more like spring time frame.

If things go as planned, the abatement is expected to be done this weekend and Able (blue truck) will be finishing the demo and tearing up the asphalt starting Monday. I don’t know when drilling starts, but I’ve heard the want to start right away.

Probs not news, but apparently construction will be going ahead on this one.

Glad to see this moving forward. It was close to starting a few years back but was put on the back burner.

Even if the mall stayed, it's a win to have some of the parking lot disappear.

There has been some activity on this. The new design is to remain a tall structure, somewhere in the 45 - 50 floor range, but no office component. Stay tuned.

I should clarify, I meant there wouldn't be another ground breaking ceremony or another false start. It's going ahead, and very soon.

No false starts or ground breaking ceremonies, there will be construction happening at the site very soon. I'll bet you a beer on it ;) As for the number of floors, I've also heard 28 floors, so who knows.
