There is an excavator on the lot to the south, so they might be gearing up to start work on Scholar soon.

The road behind Autumn and Argyle is being paved and the sidewalk in front of Autumn is being regraded:

Cladding is being installed on west side of building as well as wood (or wood-like) trim under the balconies.

They’ve doubled down, 2 Pile drillers now on site.

Gold mesh is currently being installed.

I have to say this building looks good in person, and so much better than rendering.
