It looks like 14 rows if I count correctly. The current Saddledome sides have 24 on one side and 21 on the other. The press level ranges from about 13 to 20 rows in the middle.
For posterity, current lower bowl is 13 rows. New lower bowl looks like 22 plus 3 in the boxes.
The washrooms are positioned closer to the seats so you don't have as far to go, nor have to cross concourse traffic, thus being able to go during the play without missing as much. Unlike the opposite scenario of the Saddledome everyone hated.

Plenty of positives for those that choose to live there though. Great for Sait students. Close to three C-train stations. Close to North Hill. Right near one of the best parks. A few minutes...
I hate those red brick columns that don't visually support anything nor read as anything but an untied together element that is proportionally so low relative to the other material that it doesn't read as "the building".
It’s cute to immediately dismiss concerns on the basis that these complaints are usually only that of the existing residents not wanting more vehicles on their adjacent roads, but in this case it’s about the future residents on this plot. There aren’t that many existing residents in this area...
To be fair, my son goes to Hillhurst school so I drive through there every day. Traffic is already very congested in this area during rush hour with pretty limiting routes out. It’s deceiving until you have to go though every day for several years.
