The crane is going up shortly. It will be the first of the 3 downtown towers. -
If it turns out like the Lego model (which is incredible btw), it will be a great addition to the neighbourhood.

It does seem deep compared to some other recent builds. Probably 4-5 stories of parking underground, they were offering a free parking...

Apparently Truman will own, develop, and operate the hotel. Does anyone know if they have any other hotels that they operate?
