I thought it might be related to the land use below but it’s on the SE corner of the block (not west half).

Back when this building was new it was cutting edge …

Just to be clear - I wasn’t advocating to re-furbish the Saddledome in any way.

So today is the day.

That would be perfect - and a good way to pay homage to the saddledome. It just makes sense in so many ways.
