Toronto has had many. As well as a lot that are like 600+ units with 40 parking stalls and 500 bike parking spaces. -

It's a near ideal location for no formal parking as part of the physical project, but we have secure, UG parking available to tenants...

Considering where this is, there isn't too much that isn't either within walking distance or a quick walk and quick LRT ride away.
