I don't think so, but could be wrong. They likely want to stabilize tower 1 before even thinking about 2.... which could be 12-16months.

^ Asking $ 1,195,000. The numbers would work for a 6 storey stick framed build, or a 16-20 storey concrete tower, both without parking.
