That small retail bay between the Liquorstore and Plant Life is perfect for some kind of coffee shop, bubble tea, fast food.

I'll continue to root for an A&W in the Stantec Tower to commemorate the the Greyhound terminal A&W that was there before ICE District.

75th and the CPR tracks is probably the busiest of the crossings.
