Question, does this project sit over top of the old co-op building directly across from keynote/sunterra? Or does it sit on the other side of the block? Is there anything proposed for the old co-op site?

ever time I walk by I imagine that whole store swapped out for an amazing restaurant with a patio. And the parking lot gone for apartments. Ugh to dream…

Also did anyone else notice the size of the trees they’re planting? Pretty mature. Will look great and nicely filled in come spring assuming all of them live.
