All of the buildings are gone now and there were a few trucks and guys on site. This one might be going soon..

With this and the Broadway hopefully done 4th will be a very good corridor with very no gaps.

The DP was approved April, 23 but has to wait out the appeal period, which ends late May. I can’t imagine any appeal overturning the approval.

What other things could the $75 million have been on that would draw 3,000 permanent residents?

Another truck on site. Soil sampler? Maybe gearing up for something?

More trucks and equipment on site this morning, but I’m starting to think it’s maybe staging for one of the other construction sites?

It will be nice to see that lot developed. University Avenue is really coming together nicely.

I really hope this is getting built, I’d love to see that gap disappear. The design might not be to everybody’s liking, but the most important part is the first two or three floors facing 10 Street and they’re fine in my opinion.

Plus that north wind can be cold if you’re in an apartment with windows facing north.

Passed by there this afternoon and noticed some trucks on site, and a trailer with some gear on the back.

I passed by here this afternoon and the backhoe bucket loader is in a different spot and there were some new piles of dirt.

620 K for 860 ft.² two bedrooms and two bath doesn’t seem nose bleed for the location. That’s the price per square foot nowadays for new concrete construction.

Love those large windows on the side of that building, are those new, or were they always there?
