Speaking of the US, is it me or is Trump’s latest actions like watching an episode of The Black Mirror ? I mean he’s always been a dipshit, but lately he’s way out there. Mental health issues maybe?

I believe this is true. I’ve talked with a fair amount of Americans over time and I get the underlying issue is many don’t want to pay for low income Hispanics / African Americans to have the same benefits of health care. Many have said that in a roundabout way, and some have plainly said it.

The loss if normal retail is unfortunate, but to me this is still an overall win. Density, plus replenished retail that’s fronting the street. The retail at the beginning will be sterile chains but that will change.

Some work, but with the buildings connected by only a small area, it should be relatively easy to break the buildings up.

I was originally disappointed that there wasn't more density here, but considering the location, it's a good upgrade form what it was.

Agreed. If you’re going yo have minimum or no parking in a development you need have permit parking or have it as a metered zone.The metre zone doesn’t work in this case because the residents have been enjoying the ability to park their vehicle near their home. If stuff like that happens...
