I'd take that...under the condition that any street-facing facades have to be brick or stone. Keep the ugly panel crap to the back/sides.

I really like these kinds of proposals, if I had my way, I'd have a couple hundred more of these built around the inner city.

Looks decent enough for filler. And it appears to be using some actual brick, which is nice.

yeah would be great if they could keep those trees. Even with them though I don't see how ground level townhomes could work on that site...
