They has explored higher heights up to 75 floors. As always, cost gets in the way.

So...height listed @ 69 and 62 storeys. They seriously couldn't add one freaking floor to the taller tower just so we could hit 70...

My guess is probably not a new tallest as this is rumored to be hotel/residential, but it'll likely be a new tallest for a building...

The streetscape is killing this building IMO. Take out that parking lane, rebuild the sidewalk with granite pavers, and add a few trees.
