Yeah it was definitely a contractor error. I doubt any architect would have designed a negative slope without some sort of drainage...

That's likely a mistake from the contractor or Architect. We say 2% minimum so that if there is an error or the building settles...

I'll take a more severe slope over what happened at my old "luxury" townhouse...where it was sloped towards the building. That was a fun...
