Not much of an update but it’ll be nice when these commercial spaces are leased out. Walking around east village I’m hopeful but it’ll just take another 10-15 years 😂

Being near the LRT and the commercial centre would obviously improve this over beltline but I will say that there are some areas in beltline where you can be just a couple minutes walk away from most things you need. My old place had a 99 walk score for example and they just built a bike lane...

This courtyard might actually get good use considering the number of people that will move in.
