Ellisdon has taken this out to tender. Sounds like its moving forward. Drawings said it is a full joint venture between Oxford and Wexford Developments.

Thanks, I really joined to say how much I hate West Village, but I heard about this from a subtrade.

I also joined to just say how awful this project is. The podium is absolutely awful. Cidex should be banned from Calgary

This is a stunning tower(s). I dont know if I personally love the brick, but I can see it's appeal.

This one has its permits and an excavator is on site. Looks like it is breaking ground immediately. Concrete construction, which is strange for a 5 story building, but Wexford Developments is known for high end buildings. Centron is the general contractor.
