I was trying to find some more info on this project but since the DP has been released, the city has removed the drawing files. Does anyone here happen to know how many parking stalls were proposed to go along with the 296 units? Thanks!
The environmental approvals have been received from the province on this site and the land use and DP applications have been resubmitted and are circulating with CPAG.
Negative, haha. They should focus on what they do well (acquisition and asset management) and then bring in a consultant or partner who actually knows how to get a development finished correctly.
