Those cheap prices must’ve been related to Covid’s effects. I went in 2018 and there was nothing that cheap on the strip or even off the strip for that matter. Our room at Treasure Island was around $200 CDN iirc. But yeah even in 2018 food was expensive, we picked Vegas instead of Germany...

Question from an oil and gas dummy. Can we export our oil anywhere besides the US? My impression was our heavy crude could only be refined in a few places, mainly the US.

My main criticism is they didn’t make the brick section one floor higher to add some articulation to the roofline.

The elephant in the room is the CFL. While overall attendance for the league has been up slightly of late, it has dropped over the years and I feel like there’s no will to spend $400 mil on a stadium when people aren’t certain about the league’s future.
