I’m mostly happy with the way this has turned out. It looks good in person at the street level.

The white panels on the front of the building look okay. The ones on the back, not so much but it is the back of the building.

Truman seems to be leaning towards getting primed Hardie panels and EasyTrim and painting onsite like they did at 1905 College. Good...

That hardie panel does look bad, quite disappointed by that. Brick looks good though, and the building seems bigger than I expected.
