A 16 or 17 story tower is doable on 14th St. Outside of that I agree keeping it low rises 6 to 11 stories is the way to go. -

It is, but it doesn't actually have a whole lot of retail there that you would use consistently if you lived by. I live near here now...

This is a great scale and layout for that location. Bowness Road/Montgomery Way is picking up major steam these days.
