DP Plans Two towers, 47 and 34 storeys, each with 7 levels of underground parking. 697 units, 104 of which are proposed to be 3-bedroom.

An urban format Walmart would be a good addition for Beltline, but to my knowledge they don’t do urban format stores.

The DP has just been submitted, so still needs review / approval. I would expect spring 2026 for construction start.
