Don’t know if it’s related to Plaza, but there were people doing work with some of the utility wiring along side the site.

They did have their DP released and have their BP application in, so if they're not going ahead, they're leaving a lot of money...

They have a released DP DP2024-05672 and actively working on their partial building permit for BP2025-15024.
