Any updates on this? I’m kinda wondering if streetcar has retreated or is having difficulty in this new market

Am I living in the twilight zone? Are we sure there's no catch to this proposal? This almost seems too good to be true to be happening.

I know the ft2, it can support a full-line supermarket, it won't be a Costco, but its bigger than many urban stores.

Is there any update on this project? It seems there has been no progress since building permits files in 2022.

It sits up in the R-zone (R (d1.0)). Definitely not worth it to go after anything more than towns here, unfortunately.
