Most of the parking lot remains unpaved, though they have sodded and planted trees around the perimeter. Perhaps this is a sign that phase 2 is happening soon.

What a garbage design for a bike ramp. Good luck with not banging your handle bars against the picket railing. Saw they added some trays for this on existing ped ramps and they are completely unusable on the other ones I’ve seen. Maybe this one is wider but the retrofit ones I saw were unusable trash

Exactly. I don't know what they were thinking when they designed that part.

What makes them unusable trash? Ive used the tray style ones in Sweden and they seem to work just fine
